4. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid only on www.silkandshadows.us unless otherwise stated.

5. In-Person Fittings Personalized fittings are offered by appointment in Colquitt County, Georgia. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled according to the terms communicated when you book. We are not responsible for travel costs or time if you miss an appointment.

6. Boudoir Photography Services

  • Boudoir sessions are private and by appointment only.
  • A deposit may be required to reserve your session; deposit and cancellation terms will be provided at booking.
  • You retain personal use rights to your images as outlined in your session agreement. Commercial use requires our prior written consent.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site (text, images, logos, design, product descriptions) is owned by or licensed to Silk & Shadows and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
