How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States.
Is packaging discreet? Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Can I change or cancel my order? If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at info@silkandshadows.us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Due to the intimate nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review our sizing guide before purchasing to ensure your perfect fit—because every body deserves to feel confident, comfortable, and unforgettable.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size? Use our Size Guide for bust, waist, hip, and bra measurements. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.
Do you offer in-person fittings? Yes. We offer personalized in-person sizing and fittings by appointment in Colquitt County, Georgia. Email info@silkandshadows.us to schedule.
Products & Care
How should I care for my pieces? Most of our lingerie and sleepwear should be hand washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. Avoid the dryer, bleach, and fabric softener. Full instructions are on our Care Guide page.
Are your products true to size? Our pieces are designed to fit true to size. Stretch lace is forgiving; velvet and more structured styles have less give — when in doubt, size up.
Boudoir Photography
What is a boudoir session? A private photography experience designed to celebrate you. Sessions include guidance on wardrobe, posing, and creating images that feel empowering and personal.
How do I book? Email info@silkandshadows.us with “Boudoir” in the subject line and a few preferred dates. We’ll follow up with availability, packages, and next steps.
Can I use Silk & Shadows lingerie in my session? Yes. Many clients choose pieces from our collection for their session. We can also help with wardrobe options during booking.
Gift Cards
Do gift cards expire? No. Silk & Shadows gift cards do not expire.
How are gift cards delivered? Digitally by email. The recipient receives a code they can redeem at checkout on www.silkandshadows.us.
