Find Your Perfect Fit
At Silk & Shadows, every piece is designed to feel as good as it looks. Use the charts below as a starting point. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort — especially with stretch lace and soft sleepwear.
How to Measure
- Bust — Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
- Underbust — Measure directly under your bust, where a bra band sits.
- Waist — Measure at the narrowest part of your natural waist.
- Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Use a soft measuring tape and stand naturally. For the most accurate results, measure over bare skin or thin clothing.

Our bras are designed with soft stretch and adjustable straps. If you prefer more coverage or are between cup sizes, size up.

One-pieces and high-waist styles are designed to sculpt. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up.
Fit Notes
- Lace & sheer pieces have natural stretch. They should feel snug but never restrictive.
- Satin & silk sleepwear drape loosely. Choose your usual size for a fluid fit.
- Velvet has less stretch than lace — if you’re between sizes, size up.
- Strappy styles are highly adjustable. Start with your measured size and fine-tune the straps.
